This beautiful lidded bowl has been made using coil and pinch techniques by hand in light stoneware clay, and hand glazed in seafoam blue. It comes with a hand painted sunflower spoon to match the bowl. This is a perfect bowl to use for sugar, salt, jam, chutney or anything else you may choose.
The reason that I enjoy making by hand is that each piece is unique. It retains marks and impressions made during construction, giving the owner a meaningful connection to the maker and the knowledge that the item they are using was happily made by another person.
The bowl is approximately 10cm tall to the top of the knob and comes packaged in degradable material. They are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use.
