Coil and pinch handmade sunflower cup

This lovely cup has been handmade using coil and pinch techniques. It has been glazed by hand in a seafoam blue to compliment the yellow sunflower. The inside of the cup is clear glazed.
The reason that I enjoy making by hand is that each piece is unique. It retains marks and impressions made during construction, giving the owner a meaningful connection to the maker and the knowledge that the item they are using was happily made by another person.
This cup holds approximately 230ml and is 8cm tall and comes packaged in degradable material. They are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use.
