This is a hand pinched cup finished in a lovely turquoise green with orange marigold flower. The inside of the cup is clear glazed.
The reason that I enjoy making by hand is that each piece is unique. It retains marks and impressions made during construction, giving the owner a meaningful connection to the maker and the knowledge that the item they are using was happily made by another person.
The cup holds approximately 230ml and it comes packaged in degradable material. They are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use.
